rbje Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the rbje Casino platform and all related services. By accessing the rbje website (https://rbje.cam) or its mobile version, opening an account, or using any service, you fully agree to these Terms.

These Terms are written in English and apply to users in Bangladesh. rbje reserves the right to make changes to any part of these Terms. Continued use of the platform after any change means you have accepted the updated Terms.

Key Definitions

• "Platform" — The rbje website, software and all related services.
• "User" / "Member" — Any individual registered on rbje.
• "Account" — A digital account containing the user's personal profile and funds.
• "Bonus" — Incentive funds or free bets awarded subject to meeting specific conditions.
• "Wager" / "Bet" — Funds placed by the user to participate in a game or event.
• "Turnover Requirement" / "Wagering Requirement" — The number of times bonus funds must be wagered before withdrawal is permitted.

Age Limit and Eligibility

To open an account on the rbje platform, you must be at least 21 years old. Registration by minors (under 21) is strictly prohibited. If any user opens an account using false information, rbje reserves the right to suspend or close that account at any time, and all related deposits and winnings may be forfeited.

Single Account Policy

Each individual may open only one account. If the same person operates multiple accounts, it will be considered a violation of the rules and all accounts will be closed. If different members of the same household hold separate accounts, rbje may at its discretion treat them as a single household account.

Accuracy of Information

All information provided at registration (name, date of birth, mobile number, email) must be true and accurate. rbje may at any time request additional documents for identity verification. Withdrawals may be held until the verification process is complete.

Password and Security

• It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for all activity that takes place on your account.
• If you lose your password or suspect unauthorised access, contact support immediately.
• Allowing another person to use your account is prohibited.

Deposit Conditions

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (per method).
• The maximum deposit limit may change in accordance with rbje's policies.
• Accepted methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted; the source of the deposit must be the user's own account.
• Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly. If there is any issue, please contact support.

Withdrawal Conditions

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the deposit.
• Standard withdrawal processing is completed within 1 hour.
• Identity verification must be completed before a withdrawal.
• Funds derived from bonuses must meet the specified wagering requirement before withdrawal.

Currency and Conversion

All transactions on rbje are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). For transactions in foreign currencies, the conversion rate applied will be the rate set by rbje.

Welcome Bonus

rbje offers new members a welcome bonus of up to 120% on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. Before withdrawing this bonus, you must wager the combined total of the deposit and bonus amount 15 times (15x wagering requirement).

For example: if a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,200 bonus, you must wager a total of ৳2,200 × 15 = ৳33,000.

General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer may be claimed once only.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred to another account.
• If the wagering requirement is not met within the specified time period, the bonus will be cancelled.
• The contribution of bonus wagers may vary for certain games.
• rbje reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, rbje may investigate the relevant account and cancel the bonus.

VIP program

rbje's VIP programme has four levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. A weekly cashback benefit is provided at each level:

• Bronze — up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.9% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 1.2% weekly cashback

VIP level progression is determined based on regular activity and engagement with the platform. rbje reviews specific criteria to determine VIP level.

Fair Play Policy

rbje is committed to ensuring a fair, transparent and safe gaming environment for all members. All game software used on our platform is audited and operated to ensure fair play.

Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Providing fraudulent information or documents.
• Conducting transactions using illegal or third-party funds.
• Using bots, automated software or hacking tools.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another member's account.
• Abusing bonuses or using multiple accounts belonging to the same individual to gain an advantage.
• Attempting to profit by exploiting technical errors on the platform.
• Harassing or showing disrespectful behaviour towards other members.

Consequences of Violations

If any of the above prohibited activities occur, rbje may temporarily suspend or permanently close the account, forfeit the associated funds, and take legal action where applicable.

General Betting Rules

• A bet once placed generally cannot be cancelled or changed.
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical issue, rbje reserves the right to cancel that round and refund the equivalent amount.
• In the case of incorrectly displayed odds or bonuses, rbje reserves the right to make a correction and apply the accurate amount.

Sports Betting Special Conditions

• Bets on cricket, football or other sports are settled after the result has been officially announced.
• If a match is cancelled or suspended indefinitely, rbje will settle bets in accordance with its established policy.
• In live betting, if the situation changes due to a delay, rbje reserves the right to reject the bet.

Collection of Personal Information

Account Closure by the User

A member may close their account at any time. Before submitting a closure request, all valid funds in the account should be withdrawn. After the account is closed, any bonus linked to an unfulfilled wagering requirement will be cancelled.

• Violation of any clause of the Terms.
• Providing a false identity or documents.

All content on the rbje platform — logos, designs, software, text, graphics, and other elements — are the intellectual property of rbje or its licensors. Any use, reproduction, or distribution of this content without prior written permission from rbje is prohibited.

Right to Amend

rbje reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, users will be notified via their registered email or through a notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform after such notice constitutes acceptance of the amended terms and conditions.

Severability

If any clause of these terms and conditions is declared invalid or unenforceable by a court or authority, the remaining clauses will remain fully in effect.

Language of Terms

These terms and conditions are written in Bengali. In the event of any discrepancy between a translated version and the Bengali version, the Bengali version shall be considered authoritative.
